When is a safe beyond repair?

In some cases, a safe or strongbox can no longer be repaired, such as:

  • after a fire;

  • after a burglary attempt that has severely damaged the structure;

  • in the event of flooding or water damage: once water seeps between the walls, it cannot dry out and corrosion begins from the inside — especially in older sand-filled models;

  • with low-quality, budget safes (often sold in DIY or hardware stores): these are poorly built, spare parts are unavailable or cost more than the safe itself. In such cases, we do not carry out repairs.
