Renewed Salvus safes – now also in Grades III, IV and V

The Salvus range of safes has been expanded with new models offering higher resistance grades and added fire protection. Salvus now provides a series of certified safes ranging from Grade II up to Grade V.

The Salvus Rome is now available in Grade III, combining burglary resistance with 30 minutes of fire protection for paper according to EN 15659 – LFS 30P. The Salvus Milano has also been updated: this Grade II safe now offers 30 minutes of fire resistance.

For applications requiring an even higher level of protection, the new Salvus Bergamo in Grade IV and Salvus Massa in Grade V complete the range. Both are ECB·S certified and provide 30 minutes of fire protection, tested at temperatures of up to 850 °C.

All models feature a multi-walled construction filled with Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC), combined with a three-sided locking system, a reinforced hinge side profile, and an automatic relocking mechanism in the event of an attack. From Grade IV upwards, the standard requires each safe to be equipped with two EN 1300-certified locks, either key locks, mechanical combination locks or electronic code locks.

With these updates, Salvus confirms its position as a manufacturer of certified burglary- and fire-resistant safes, suitable for both private and professional use, and available in a wide range of sizes.
