Installing a safe yourself is perfectly possible, but two things deserve attention. First, the weight: most safes are heavier than expected and difficult to manoeuvre without the right equipment. Second, the fixation: the standard anchoring material supplied is generally only suitable for concrete — on other surfaces, it is often insufficient.
At Atelier Boonen, professional installation and anchoring are included as standard. If you prefer to pick up your safe yourself, that is possible by appointment — with a discount provided. We are of course also happy to give tips for self-installation.
