Common interventions include:
• Lost key
We use fine manipulation or precise drilling techniques. For modern models, we often carry replacement locks in our vehicles. For older safes, we can make a new key based on the lock or replace the pump lock entirely. If necessary, the locking combination is changed so that old keys no longer work.
• Forgotten code
For some mechanical combination locks, the code can be recovered through manipulation. For other models, this is not possible, and we open the lock by controlled drilling. Most locks remain functional after opening.
• Jammed or blocked safe
Whether due to a faulty lock, worn mechanism, activated relocker, sagging door or broken key – we have the skills and techniques needed to unlock your safe securely and, if technically possible, restore its functionality.
Our service is discreet, efficient, and fully managed in-house, with the highest attention to safety and quality.
How to request an intervention
Do you need a safe or strongbox opened or repaired? We always prepare a clear and detailed quote in advance, so you know exactly what to expect – no surprises afterward.
To prepare your quote, please send us:
A clear photo of the entire safe door, taken from the front
A short description of the issue, such as:
– lost key or code
– recently bought a property with a safe but no access
– key locked inside, door accidentally closed
– safe was working but no longer opens
– lock jammed or mechanism stiff
The location of the safe (municipality or postal code) so we can calculate the travel costs
What does the quote include?
- Travel and on-site labor costs (based on distance and estimated time)
- Materials used, such as drills, guides, or filler material
- Any necessary replacement locks or parts, if repair is needed
Once we receive your information, we’ll provide a transparent and tailored quote. Only after your approval will we proceed with the intervention.
