Cashbox – Till safe with deposit slot and removable box
The Cashbox by De Raat is a compact till safe that is mounted directly in or under the cash register. Through the 90 × 4 mm deposit slot, till staff immediately secure large banknotes without opening the cash drawer. This way, no more cash than necessary ever stays in the drawer — a simple but effective protection against till theft.
The system consists of two parts: a holder that is fixed inside the register, and the box itself, which slides into it and is locked to the holder with a key lock. A second key lock opens the box itself. Thanks to these two locks, the closed box can be removed from the holder at the end of a shift and transported securely — for example to a deposit safe or the main safe — without the contents being accessible along the way.
The Cashbox is built from 2 mm sheet steel and finished in black. An affordable first link in the secure handling of daily takings.
