Salvus Bologna – fire-resistant safe class I (LFS 60P)
The Salvus Bologna is a fire-resistant safe with additional burglary resistance certification, designed for the protection of paper documents in applications with a medium risk profile. This model is certified in accordance with EN 1143-1 class I (ECB·S) and tested for fire resistance according to the European standard EN 15659 – LFS 60P.
Fire resistance according to LFS 60P ensures that documents remain protected for 60 minutes at furnace temperatures of up to 850 °C. This standard belongs to the lighter European fire test classifications and does not include a drop test or a natural cooling phase. The Salvus Bologna is therefore suitable for use in residential, office and administrative environments where the fire risk is considered moderate.
The safe is constructed with a robust steel body and is equipped with a three-sided locking system using solid steel bolts. On the hinge side, an internal anchoring profile is integrated, ensuring that attacks on the hinges have no effect on the locking mechanism. The door opens to 180° and the interior is fitted as standard with adjustable shelves.
With regard to the locking system, the Salvus Bologna can be equipped with EN 1300-certified locks, including a double-bitted key lock, a mechanical combination lock or an electronic keypad lock. From model 67 onwards, a two-lock configuration is possible, allowing different lock types to be combined.
The fire-resistant safe is prepared for floor anchoring. Within the segment of class I fire-resistant safes, the Salvus Bologna is frequently selected for its combination of certified burglary resistance, fire protection in accordance with LFS 60P and a favourable price–performance ratio.
