Asecos G-ULTIMATE-90 – Fire-resistant indoor gas cylinder cabinet
The Asecos G-ULTIMATE-90 is a safety cabinet for pressurised gas cylinders in workshops, laboratories and technical rooms, built to EN 14470-2. It protects the cylinders for 90 minutes during a fire in the room so that they do not overheat. Even ventilation of the entire interior, through integrated air ducts ready for connection (ø 75 mm) to mechanical extraction, prevents an explosive or harmful atmosphere from forming inside the cabinet.
Gas lines and cables run through a large feed-through area in the roof without additional insulation. Standard equipment includes mounting rails, cylinder holders with straps and a loading ramp that makes it easier to move heavy cylinders in and out; with the comfort interior, the ramp is operated by a gas-spring lever. Shelves, also fitted at an angle, are available for small cylinders.
The doors lock with a profile cylinder lock with status indicator and can be integrated into a central locking system. The 60 cm model G90.205.060.2F holds two 50-litre steel or two 40-litre aluminium cylinders (230 mm diameter), and can be fitted with a glass window to check level and pressure without opening the cabinet.
