Asecos C-LINE – Cabinet for non-flammable chemicals, acids and alkalis
The Asecos C-LINE is designed for storing non-flammable hazardous substances in workrooms: acids, alkalis and toxic substances. The cabinet is not fire-resistant; flammable liquids belong in a safety cabinet to EN 14470-1. The C-LINE is welded, finished with a scratch-resistant textured paint and compliant with EN 16121 and EN 16122.
You store different hazardous substances separately in up to four compartments, each fitted out individually and labelled for the substance stored. Pull-out shelves with plastic sumps collect leakage and give a good overview; with a perforated insert, the bottom sump serves as an extra storage level. For a small quantity of flammable liquids, the cabinet can optionally be fitted with a type 30 safety box.
The C-LINE comes in three widths and two heights, with hinged doors, hinged doors with fixed window or space-saving folding doors. The doors lock with a profile cylinder or cylinder lock. The cabinet has natural ventilation at the bottom and is ready for connection (DN 75) to mechanical extraction. You choose from seven door colours.
Which substances must not be stored together and how to separate acids and alkalis is explained in our guide to the storage of hazardous substances.
