Robur Safe is a leading Swedish manufacturer of safes, secure cabinets, vault doors and vault rooms, with production and development in Falkenberg and Gothenburg. Since the 1970s, Robur has supplied secure storage solutions to banks, government bodies, retailers and high-security environments worldwide.
Construction, locks and certification
The brand stands out through innovative construction, durable materials and certifications such as ECB·S, SBSC and SSF. The safes are certified to EN 1143-1 in grades 0 to 6 and offer 60 minutes of fire resistance for paper to NT Fire 017. Every Robur safe has a heavy multi-wall construction and a passive locking system that engages automatically in the event of an attack; the locks — from key lock to electronic and time lock — are certified to EN 1300.
The range by application
Because every Robur safe is tested against both burglary and fire, the Robur I to V series and the grade 6 model belong with the fire-resistant safes. If you would rather compare on resistance grade alone, start from the burglary-resistant safes. The Robur Depositsafe, certified to EN 1143-2, belongs with the deposit safes, the Tempest Safe with EMP and TEMPEST shielding with the server safes and IT safes, and the secure cabinets for laptops, documents and keys sit alongside our key safes.
Heavy-duty versions and vault rooms
The highlight of the range is the Robur VI CD EX: certified in grade 6, with additional armouring against diamond core drilling — CD (KB) — and having passed the explosives test (EX), a combination few manufacturers worldwide achieve. For the most demanding applications, Robur also builds vault doors and vault rooms up to grade 11 in CD and EX versions, entirely made to measure. The brand further supplies deposit lockers, with more than 3.5 million units installed worldwide.
