Kaso safes and vaults
Kaso is a Finnish manufacturer of safes, fireproof cabinets, data safes, vault doors and vault rooms. The brand blends Scandinavian design with certified security, for functional and prestige settings alike.
Certification and BFP® construction
Kaso safes are tested and certified to EN 1143-1, in grade 0 to 12 for burglary resistance, and offer up to 60 minutes of fire protection to LFS 60P or NT Fire 017-60. The BFP® multi-layer construction is the technical difference: at an equal resistance grade, a Kaso weighs noticeably less than a conventionally built safe. That is not a numbers game — it decides whether a heavy model can still be installed on an upper floor or on a lighter floor structure.
Finishes and interior
Where most manufacturers stop at grey steel, Kaso starts: finishes in wood veneer, lacquered steel or any RAL colour, with glass shelves, jewellery drawers or watch winders as options. Clean lines, a quiet closure and intuitive electronic operation make daily use pleasant. If it is mainly that finish you are after, the wider offer is with the luxury safes.
The range by application
The E 300, the E 500 and the PTK E 300 combine burglary resistance with fire protection and belong with the fire-resistant safes; if you would rather compare on resistance grade alone, start from the burglary-resistant safes. The PK 400, with 120 minutes of fire protection for paper, belongs with the fire-resistant cabinets. The E300 Deposit, certified to EN 1143-2, belongs with the deposit safes, and the R16 with 19″ server rack — Grade I to ECB·S R16 — with the server safes and IT safes.
Vault doors and vault rooms
