Asecos UB-LINE – Type 90 under-bench safety cabinet for labs and workshops
The Asecos UB-LINE is a safety cabinet for flammable liquids that fits under a fume cupboard, lab bench or worktop, keeping solvents and reagents within reach of the workstation in a cabinet that is fire-resistant for 90 minutes to EN 14470-1 (type 90). It is GS certified and complies with EN 16121 and EN 16122; several models are also tested to UL/ULC 1275.
With 4 widths, 3 depths and 2 heights, the UB-LINE fits most laboratory furniture systems, and add-on panels adjust the height. The drawers stay open in any position and give a full view of all containers; an optional second drawer uses the inside height for small containers. Versions with hinged doors open wide onto the whole storage space.
Doors and drawers lock with a cylinder lock with status indicator (red closed, green open). Integrated air ducts are ready for connection (ø 50 mm) to mechanical extraction, and a recirculating filter for under-bench cabinets is available where ducting to outside is not possible. Optional castors with plinth and brake make the cabinet easy to move.
