A fire-resistant cabinet protects documents and data media against the heat of a fire from outside.
A safety cabinet to EN 14470-1 does the opposite: it keeps flammable liquids safely stored so that they do not feed a fire in the room, and it has ventilation and a spill sump. They are two different products for two different risks.
