For interventions or emergency access requests:
If available, please include the following details in your message:
- A clear photo of the safe door, fully visible and taken from the front
- A brief description of the issue, for example:
– lost key or code
– key left inside, door closed
– safe used to open normally, but now doesn’t
– lock is blocked or mechanism is stiff
- The location of the safe (municipality or postal code), so we can estimate the travel cost
- Optional: a phone number for faster follow-up
- If this concerns a branch or business location, please also mention a contact person and phone number
