Ideally, plans or photos are available showing the pipes and conduits. If not, we first check for indications that pipes may be present, for example near radiators, sockets, switches or floor drains.
We have a wall scanner to detect possible pipes and conduits. However, this technique never offers 100% certainty. If, after checking, we judge it to be safe, we carry out the drilling for anchoring the safe in a controlled and careful manner, keeping the risk to a minimum.
