Salvus Rome – Burglary- and fire-resistant safe (class 3, LFS 30P)
The Salvus Rome is a certified burglary- and fire-resistant safe, tested in accordance with EN 1143-1 class 3. Safes and strongrooms certified to this standard provide a reliable level of burglary resistance for applications with a medium risk profile.
The safe is tested in accordance with EN 15659 – LFS 30P and provides fire protection for paper documents at temperatures of up to 850 °C for 30 minutes.
The construction features a multi-wall steel structure, with the interspaces filled with Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC). This design ensures solid mechanical resistance within the certified segment.
The door is equipped with a three-sided locking system using solid steel bolts. On the hinge side, an internal interlocking profile is integrated, rendering attacks on the hinges ineffective. The Salvus Rome is also fitted with a passive relocking system with a glass plate. In the event of a targeted attack on the lock or the door, this glass plate automatically activates the blocking mechanism, securing the locking system.
In accordance with EN 1143-1, the Salvus Rome is standard equipped with at least one EN 1300-certified class B lock. Depending on the configuration, the safe can also be fitted with two locks. Available lock types include double-bitted key locks, mechanical combination locks and electronic keypad locks, or a combination thereof.
The Salvus Rome is available in multiple versions with capacities ranging from 14 to 379 litres and is standard prepared for floor and wall anchoring.
Within the Salvus Rome range, the Salvus Rome Mini is also available. This very compact model is likewise certified to EN 1143-1, but is not fire-resistant. The Salvus Rome Mini is intended for applications where space is highly limited and only burglary protection is required.
