DRS Prisma IV – burglary- and fire-resistant safe with slim footprint

The DRS Prisma IV is a burglary- and fire-resistant safe by De Raat Safes, intended for applications requiring a high level of security. As an EN 1143-1 Grade 4 safe, the DRS Prisma IV is ECB·S certified in accordance with the European standard EN 1143-1, confirming resistance to heavy mechanical and thermal burglary methods in compliance with the requirements of this standard.
In addition to burglary resistance according to EN 1143-1, the DRS Prisma IV is tested in accordance with EN 15659 – LFS 30P. This standard provides 30 minutes of protection for paper documents at temperatures of up to 850 °C, offering protection in fire scenarios with a limited fire risk.
The DRS Prisma IV is constructed with a multi-wall steel body combined with a relatively slim external footprint, allowing a high level of security to be combined with practical installation possibilities. The construction of the body and door is adapted to the requirements of EN 1143-1 Grade 4.
The door is locked around its full perimeter. Rectangular solid bolts slide into the body on three sides; the fourth side — the hinge side — is permanently secured by a continuous locking profile over the full height of the door. This fixed profile holds the door in place even if the hinges are disabled. The external hinges themselves allow a door opening of up to 180°
A key element of the security design is the passive relocking system with glass plate. In the event of a targeted attack on the lock or door, this glass plate automatically activates the blocking mechanism, immediately securing the locking system. This system operates fully mechanically and requires no external activation.
In accordance with the requirements of EN 1143-1 Grade 4, the DRS Prisma IV is equipped as standard with two EN 1300-certified Class B locks. Depending on the application, the safe can be configured with double-bitted key locks, mechanical combination locks or electronic code locks.
Certain electronic locks may be supplied with an emergency key, as well as with time delay and time window functions. Combinations of different lock types are possible.
Internally, the DRS Prisma IV is fitted with height-adjustable shelves and is standard prepared for floor anchoring. The safe is available in multiple models with varying dimensions and capacities.
